Acceptance
By installing or using BurnRate ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
What BurnRate Does
BurnRate is a Zoom App that calculates and displays the estimated cost of a meeting in real time, based on hourly rates voluntarily entered by meeting participants. It is an informational tool only.
Use of the App
- You must have a valid Zoom account to use BurnRate
- You agree to enter only accurate information (hourly rates)
- You will not use the App to harass, deceive, or harm other meeting participants
- You will comply with your organization's policies when using BurnRate in meetings
Hourly Rate Data
Hourly rates you enter are stored to provide the App's functionality. By entering a rate, you consent to it being used to calculate and display meeting cost to other participants in that meeting (unless you enable the private/incognito mode).
You are responsible for the accuracy of rates you enter. BurnRate is not responsible for any decisions made based on cost estimates shown in the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
BurnRate is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or accurate. Meeting cost estimates are approximations based on user-entered data.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saprykin.tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BurnRate.
Intellectual Property
BurnRate and its source code are the property of Saprykin.tech. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App without written permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue the App or terminate access at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Zoom account.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation wherever possible.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
